WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING TIMES?

Please Click here for our most up-to-date processing time. You will also have this confirmed once a processing email is sent.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated 'Order Confirmation' email, detailing your order and any details/notes you left with your order. We kindly ask you to ensure all spellings are correct.

Once we begin to process your order you will then receive a 'Processing' email, to let you know that your order is in process.  This email will also confirm the processing timescales for your particular order.

When your order is ready to leave our workshop, you will receive a 'Dispatched' email confirming that your order is on its way.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

We only dispatch orders via Royal Mail or via a courier.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP SO I CAN SEE THE RANGE IN PERSON?

Unfortunately, Ensorcerium is an online boutique only and we do not have a physical store at the moment. However, we strive to provide detailed product descriptions and high-quality images on our website to help you make an informed purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We take orders through our website and ship them out within the displayed processing timescales. Thank you for considering Ensorcerium for your premium product needs.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK?

Yes but only via Etsy at this time.

YOU ARE ON ETSY, WHY MAKE A STORE?

Well, while Etsy is a great platform, it has limitations on how sellers can showcase their products and provide options to their customers. With only two custom fields available, offering products with multiple options such as color, size, price, design style, or personalization can be challenging. Having our own webstore allows us to provide more options and a better shopping experience for our customers.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE IN HOUSE?

While we pride ourselves on producing 95% of our orders in-house, there are some designs that require a specific manufacturing process which we cannot carry out on site. In those instances, we work with trusted external partners to ensure that our high standards of quality and craftsmanship are maintained. You can find information about the manufacturing process for each product in the product description if we involve a partner. Rest assured that we oversee the entire production process, whether it's done in-house or with our partners, to ensure that every item meets our exacting standards.
