RETURNING: NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS
Accepting returns and giving refunds: the law
Returning item(s) to us depends on several factors, please read below.
Non-Personalised item(s)
You will need to at least contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After our communication, you will have another 14 days to return the item(s) back to us. We then must refund or exchange your order within 14 days. If you want an exchange then this is possible for sure, but there may be occasions when our stock may be low. We have 14 days to comply after receiving the item(s) to either exchange or issue a refund instead but you'll be informed either way.
To qualify:
• Original Buyer: You will need to be the original buyer and have proof of purchase (such as an email order confirmation). We only have to accept returns from the person who bought the item(s).
• Shipping: It is your responsibility to send the item(s) back to us. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Item(s) Condition: The Item(s) are expected and must be returned to us in the original packaging (if able) and in the same condition as when received. We hold the right to refuse a return if the item(s) are damaged, stained (by makeup etc) or altered in any way.
Our Rights to Deny:
• Unwanted item(s): We are able to deny a return request if your item(s) is no longer wanted because of the wrong size or colour etc. As we are an online store and thus item(s) aren't possible to view in person but are displayed with as much information as possible to assist you with your purchase. We insist that you read the following 'PRIOR TO PURCHASE' section located below and our Terms & Conditions. Please keep this in mind when ordering as it may not be exactly as displayed. If you have any questions feel free to email us if you require a picture from us showing the vinyl colour/material. However, in almost all cases we don’t mind exchanging the item(s) for a different colour or size.
• Modification to the item(s): If you have in any way modified the item(s) or if the item(s) are damaged, stained (by makeup etc), marked with perfume or other scents etc, then we can refuse a return.

Personalised item(s)
In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations Part 3, Section 28 (b), we do not have to offer a refund. However, should your personalised item(s) be faulty (for example spelling error on our behalf) you will need to contact us within 14 days. After our communication, you will have another 14 days to return the item(s) back to us. We then must refund you or exchange it at your choice within 14 days. If you want an exchange then this is possible for sure, but there may be occasions when our stock may be low. We have 14 days to comply after receiving the item(s) to either exchange or issue a refund instead but you'll be informed either way.

• Shipping: We access case by case but if your return is accepted, we’ll generally send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We hold the right to choose the shipping method(s) for the item(s) back to us.
• Fault: There must be a fault with the item(s) that has been presented to us for approval of a return.
• Item(s) Condition: The Item(s) are expected and must be returned to us in the original packaging (if able) and in the same condition as when received. We hold the right to refuse a return if the item(s) are damaged, stained (by makeup etc) or altered in any way even if there is a fault with the item(s). We may request a photograph as proof of the fault prior to accepting your return.
Our Rights to Deny:
• Replacement over Refund: If you receive an item(s) and it has a fault that we both are aware of you are classed as having an ‘Accepted’ item(s). This means you’ve accepted the fault that we’ve confirmed with you, however, you have a right to seek a replacement still within 6 months instead of a refund. We have never sent out a fault that we’ve informed the buyer of for ‘Accepted’. We hold a high standard and will always seek to correct faults should they occur prior to shipping.

REFUND AMOUNT &/OR EXCHANGE

In conjunction with the above information:
You can let us know what you prefer, either a refund or an exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REFUND REFUSAL

Please check the size guide carefully for measurements. We recommend using a T-shirt you already have that fits comfortably and matches the nearest size that we offer.
GENERAL
Whilst we make every attempt to show as accurately as possible the items we sell, sometimes the Item colours may vary in person as to what is shown as this is depending on a number of factors such as:
• Your computer monitor or smart device colour calibration.
• Slight shade variations within the type of vinyl/prints.
• Photographs that may or may not highlight the design or material. For example, glittered/reflective/metallic products tend not to be portrayed correctly via an image, they look much better in person.
